Electrical works are now a part (Part P) of the Building Regulations and as such, works need to be registered with the Local Authority Building Control, in the same way as you would with an extension and signed off as complying. If the work you have done is affected by Part P, Frodsham Electrical Services will notify NAPIT of the works carried out and you will receive a Building Compliance Certificate from NAPIT, so that you know that the work has been registered with your Local Authority Building Control.

This certificate will almost certainly have to be produced at a later date, probably when you come to sell your house, so when it arrives, please keep it in a safe and secure place.
